Join CultureLink for a special mentorship session. A group of pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing and Quality Assurance professionals from Janssen (a Canadian subsidiary of Johnson&Johnson) will be present to mentor club members at CultureLink on Tuesday Nov 19th.

Andrew, Director Health Solutions

Health Solutions is a commercial function aimed at augmenting Janssen’s value proposition to healthcare practitioners and patients. In so doing, it helps build sustainable engagement and competitive advantage for Janssen. Andrew has had a variety of roles in the pharma industry as a sales rep, sales manager, brand manager and brand director

Sam, Director of Digital Marketing

Sam’s role is to lead the development of digital initiatives (e.g. web sites, social media, mobile apps, etc.) to provide greater value to our customers, patients and consumers.
Sam was previous the director of Digital at Sony Canada so has experience in the consumer space as well

Yuvraj, Inside Sales representative

Yuvraj is a Bilingual phone-based sales rep for pharmaceutical products in the primary care and gastroenterology space calling on physicians, nurses and pharmacists. Yuvraj also has a Master Degree in pharmacology.

Danny, Multichannel marketing Manager

Responsible for managing and develop physician based websites, crm system, ipad sales tools, and inside sales force. Also have several years experience at advertising agencies as well.

Heather, Sr. Quality Systems Specialist – Records Manager

– Develops, implements, and administers records management policies (hard copy, electronic, email) in compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory agency requirements for information storage, security, and retrievability.
– Ensures records programs meet key business and compliance aspects of the World Class J&J standards (via self-assessments and records MAP)
– Ensures and provide ongoing training of personnel re: records management policy and programs
– Liaise with corporate lawyers and Canadian legal counsel for litigation support with respect to legal hold notices and document discoveries.

John / Sr. Site Manager

– Ensure robust supplier and wholesaler quality agreements are implemented for responsible sites.
– Assist in preparation of documents for E.L. submissions.
– Represent Site Compliance as a team member on product launches, site transfers, etc

Carole, Release Compliance Specialist

– Manage Product Support activities including: confirmatory testing program, first ship sample program, Unique Identifier tracking (in conjunction with Site Compliance), Product Supplier database upkeep, complaint investigation (as required), retain sample program, product returns, launch of new products, and re-packaging operations at local 3rd party..
– Develop, implement, maintain and improve business processes (e.g. SOP’s, metrics, process maps) for Product Sampling and Inspection and Release Processes in compliance with legislative updates and J&J requirements. Coaching and training process users. Perform sampling, inspection, and evaluation of fully finished products.
– Evaluate/Analyse stability, annual product quality, and executed batch records. Evaluate change controls (JI or External), determine impact to QM and/or JI release compliance and support programs and develop/advise on appropriate implementation action plans.

David, Release Compliance Specialist
